Chair of the Parc Wealth Management Investment Committee, P.C. is also a member of FPA, CPA and the SMSF Association. The recipient of multiple industry award nominations, he has twice been awarded Finalist for ‘Adviser of the Year’.
Deeply understanding the needs of businesses, individuals and families, P.C. guides clients “towards structuring their financial wellbeing with clear vision”. In personally mentoring stakeholders and market industry participants alike, his focus has evolved organically to provide holistic bespoke financial services to high-net worth clients.
Since establishing Parc Wealth Management in 2016, P.C. has thrived on assembling an experienced, dedicated team of specialists to support clients in every facet of their requirements.
His qualifications include degrees in Accounting, Banking & Finance, an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, is FASEA compliant and holds an Australian Financial Services Licence.
Ashley is our most recent team member. On his journey to becoming an Adviser, Ashley began his career as an industrial chemist before becoming a NAB Relationship Manager where he worked for 8 years. In 2008 he moved into his Advisory role; first with a boutique Financial Planning office and then with FCA Financial as an Authorised Representative.
Ashley feels gratified in communicating well-informed “financial planning sense” to clients and in helping them feel totally at ease with their decisions. He most values the rapport and trust that develop in authentic client/adviser relationships.
With his wealth of experience over the last 20 years, particularly since 2016 in his own practice, we introduce and welcome Ashley to our niche clients.
His qualifications include a Diploma of Financial Services and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
Kerri has been working in financial services for 20 years and was first authorised to provide advice in 2004. Kerri has extensive experience with Centrelink and Aged Care Advice, paired with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their financial goals. Kerri enjoys using her experience and strong technical knowledge to develop strategies that work for clients’ day-to-day lives and for their financial future. Kerri is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) Professional and has completed the Self-Managed Superannuation Fund specialised education.
A passionate researcher, Andy believes everyone can benefit from sound financial advice. With over 12 years’ industry experience, he is the Parc Wealth ‘go to’ team member for all questions financial, meeting the needs of clients with empathy and integrity. Andy is a parent with a mindset around ‘above and beyond’ and actively pursues ‘right-fit’ and tailored financial strategies in every client scenario. This is evident in his approach to assisting clients achieve their financial goals and objectives at all life stages.
Apart from being a dedicated runner and car enthusiast, Andy has extensive knowledge of portfolio construction and personal risk cover, while maintaining a keen interest in investing and the sharemarket. Andy’s high level-commitment is met with equal attention to detail, and he keeps constant watch of legislative and industry change. In this capacity, Andy also assists with training and keeping the team well-informed.
Andy has a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance).
Michelle’s mantra is refreshing. “Let’s build a financial planning service our clients really want and need”. And so together with her dynamic and inspirational team, they have done just that.
For Michelle, nothing is more rewarding than coming to work every day in the uniquely flexible, people-centric model the company has developed for clients.
With 15 years’ experience in the Financial Planning industry, Michelle’s roles in Business Development, Client Services, Paraplanning and Practice Management inform her roles today as Head of Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Communications and Practice Development.
She is qualified with a degree in Commerce (Financial Planning and Marketing) and an Associate Diploma in Business. And she’s a busy mum!
With over 10 years of Business Administration experience Sia fulfills an integral role at Parc, implementing the advice and portfolio administration for clients. She is our dedicated client support person and most values care, empathy and attention to detail in her interactions and communication.
Extensively experienced working in Financial Advisory firms in Melbourne, Adelaide and Canada, Sia is dedicated to maintaining strong client relationships and providing highest level service. She loves helping people and being part of “an industrious, dynamic and supportive team who deliver on agreed outcomes”.
Sia has earned Diploma and Certificate qualifications in Financial Planning and Business Administration.
With several years’ experience working in the financial industry, Andrea feels valued and rewarded in her busy role assisting Managing Director, P.C. and the Private Wealth team. She is especially rewarded when “clients realise their financial goals over the long-term”.
As the first client contact, Andrea is highly skilled in customer service and administration. She thrives on providing a positive client experience and organisation. From her experience, Andrea says “there is no crystal ball” but she has learned “the most important thing is honest, impartial and diverse advice that appeals to individual client objectives”.
Sonia is our youngest team member at Parc Wealth Management. She is currently completing her Bachelors Degree in Finance and Economics and aims to cultivate her career in the Financial Services Industry.
Sonia is responsible for Financial Planning Administration, Client Services and provides support to the whole Parc Wealth Team. She intends to use her many years of experience in Customer Service to deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
Sonia is bubbly and positive with big aspirations for her Financial Services career. She likes to be busy, learn new skills and she loves a challenge. There are big things in store for Sonia’s future!
Michael has worked extensively across traditional and alternative classes in investment management organisations and pension funds.
His previous roles include 10 years as CIO of major Australian pension fund, Equip Super, CIO of Rio Tinto Staff Superannuation (Australia and New Zealand) and advisor to the UK, US and Canadian Pension Fund Advisory Committees, Head of Multi Asset Class Funds at Invesco Australia and County NatWest Australia. He has also been a Board Director of several of the property and direct infrastructure investments.
Michael and his investment team were nominated for several investment industry awards, including CIO of the Year and Investment Team of the Year. He has also been an invited speaker, panellist and moderator at many Australian and international investment conferences. He currently serves on the Advisory Committee of a major Australian Agricultural Sector Endowment and was previously the Australasian regional representative on the Global Association of Alternative Investors. He has also been a Responsible Officer for an Australian Financial Services Licence.
Michael has a BSc (Hons), PhD and MBA from The University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Andrew has extensive experience in both Investment Banking and Funds Management. His roles have included Senior Portfolio Manager at Equip Super (a $15 billion Australian pension fund), and previously Director Head of Australasian Global Market sales based in London UK with responsibility for managing both the sales and research function for the UK and Europe. He was a member of the Deutsche Bank Global Markets UK management committee and was a member of the 5-person Capital Commitments board responsible for approving the use of the Banks capital for trading and underwriting purposes.
He was a Director-Head of Institutional Sales and Research for Deutsche Bank based in Melbourne Australia and a member of the Deutsche Bank Asia management committee as well as being the Registered Representative for Deutsche Bank Melbourne office. Andrew has also held roles in Trading and Facilitation with Merrill Lynch Australia and McIntosh Securities. At the start of his career Andrew was a Registered Trader on the floor of the Melbourne and Sydney Stock Exchanges.
Andrew has a BBA and an MBA from RMIT and is a Senior Associate of FINSIA.
